In my backyard society, I achieved 5000 steps of physical activity through gardening, a rewarding and healthy endeavor. Tending to the lush greenery and blossoming plants required constant movement, including bending, lifting, and walking. The process of weeding, planting, and watering engaged various muscle groups, providing a full-body workout. Each step I took to reach different parts of the garden contributed to my step count, making the activity fun and motivating. Additionally, the fresh air and soothing ambiance of nature elevated my mood and reduced stress.
