Today was not too busy, lots of running around, then got a brisket on the smoker, which took a lot of running around to do, nice seventeen pound pice of meat, I will finish it tomorrow, a tasty dinner.
Then I made it to the weightroom, it was a grueling workout. Started with some front squats, followed with some dumbbell bench, front raises, push-ups, some lunges, along with some scissor kicks. Then, because the back felt out if it, I threw in some rear delt raises.
