El día de ayer me quedé dormido en la tarde, tomé un descanso porque estaba cansado por la mañana. Al despertarme me arreglé, puse el termo, los audífonos y las llaves y me fuí. Me fuí directo a la vereda tranquilo y animado.

En el camino tomé variedad de fotos. Unas fotos de unas flores hermosas mientras escuchaba música. Al llegar súper emoción me saludó (@enma2020) con un gran susto, y saludé a los demás, por consiguiente me puse a estirar porque tenía ganas de entrenar.

Hice un entrenamiento de resistencia y aproveché las vistas, ya que el sol se puso por lo que había unas vistas hermosas. Grabé videos, tomé fotos y, al finalizar el entrenamiento, me fuí.

Me retiré de las barras feliz y satisfecho; bastante cansado porque tenía rato sin entrenar con peso; igualmente me fuí feliz porque fuí a entrenar. Si llegaste hasta aquí, gracias por ver mi reporte, nos vemos en un siguiente reporte.✨🪽🔥

Yesterday I overslept in the afternoon, I took a break because I was tired in the morning. When I woke up, I got ready, put the thermos, the headphones and the keys and left. I went straight to the sidewalk calm and lively.

On the way I took a variety of pictures. Some pictures of beautiful flowers while listening to music. When I arrived super excited greeted me (@enma2020) with a big scare, and I greeted the others, consequently I started stretching because I felt like training.

I did an endurance workout and took advantage of the views, as the sun went down so there were beautiful views. I recorded videos, took pictures and at the end of the workout I left.
