Saludos queridos amigos de Actifit, en esta oportunidad comparto con todos ustedes lo que fue mi primera ruta senderista hacia el mirador del “Container”, uno de los tantos miradores y espacios físicos naturales que tiene el estado Aragua.

En este video reporte podrán apreciar parte de lo que fue mi recorrido por este sendero montañoso que habitualmente suelo visitar y usar también para entrenar en ciertas oportunidades. Inicié el ascenso exactamente a eso de las 8:20 am el sol estaba bastante fuerte, había gran afluencia de visitantes quienes al igual que yo iniciaban sus actividades de nuevo año visitando este hermoso lugar el cual forma parte de nuestro Parque Nacional “Henrri Pittier”.

Greetings dear friends of Actifit in this opportunity I share with all of you what was my first trekking route to the viewpoint of the ‘Container’, one of the many viewpoints and natural physical spaces that Aragua state has.

In this video report you will be able to appreciate part of my route through this mountainous path that I usually visit and also use for training on certain occasions. I started the ascent exactly at 8:20 am, the sun was quite strong, there was a great affluence of visitors who like me started their new year activities visiting this beautiful place which is part of our National Park ‘Henri Pittier’.

Tuve que realizar mas de una parada en varias oportunidades, puesto que estaba realizando esta ruta sin haber desayunado y sin tener nada que degustar cuando llegara a la meta. Fue una ruta bastante genial, mi rendimiento no fue el más óptimo, pero haber llegado al Container me llenó de bastante satisfacción y felicidad.

I had to make more than one stop on several occasions, as I was doing this route without having had breakfast and without having anything to eat when I reached the finish line. It was a pretty cool route, my performance was not the best, but reaching the Container filled me with a lot of satisfaction and happiness.

Para finalizar, me senté un buen rato a meditar y observar hacia el horizonte deleitándome de la inmensidad de la naturaleza y pidiendo a Dios y al universo que llenara de Paz y Prosperidad a mi Nación. Sin más nada a que hacer referencia me despido dándote gracias por acompañarme en cada una de mis aventuras.

To finish, I sat for a long time meditating and looking at the horizon, enjoying the immensity of nature and asking God and the universe to fill my Nation with Peace and Prosperity. Without further ado, I bid you farewell and thank you for accompanying me in each of my adventures.
