My Actifit Report Card: June 14 2024

Hi to all my actifiters friends around the worlds, how are you doing today? I am hoping that you are all healthy and fine. Today i want to share my activity and my yesterday activity since yesterday i really forget to submit my report. I am very tired yesterday. As you know yesterday i. train my leg. So, hell yeah i am very tired yesterday. And today as usual my leg is really hurt like crazy. I really hate with leg day train. But, leg day is like freepass ticket to eat anything. Since leg is the most muscle mass in our body. And yeah this muscles needs more protein and glukose to maintin to stay active and strong. But, the return in the sore after train this leg. So, it will be just choosing what make me hurt, either i am hurt for diabetes or osteophorosis due lack of train. Or hurt by train. And i decided to hurt by trining instead. Today, i am training shoulder. I dont know why maybe i am still tired or lack of sleep, today when i am training my shoulder i feel like does not have any energy to lifting. But i still do it anyway not fully variation though. And what a weird news is in my frontyard, i found medium size lizard hiding inside the rock. I am hoping this lizard is not make harm to my family. And if harmfull, i am confused how to make this lizard get out from my frontyard. Or maybe i can using this lizard to make any cat will fear to entering my house. I am very angry when any cat taking shit in my frontyard. And the lately this stray cats more intense taking shit in my frontyard.
I am very hate with cat right now. So this is it my report for this 2 days. No any interesting just building my body from obesse to lean. And this is my progress. Hopefuly i can make my body more lean in the next 3 months
