Energy Tank Refilled: March 17 2025

Energy Tank Refilled.

Yay! Monday.

I finally had enough time to catch up on much needed sleep and recuperate over the weekend. I woke up refreshed and had a good energy score as per my Watch 7, which I recently gave a week 1 review on.

Gloomy Morning

After some exercise at home, I decided to go to the nearby grocery to buy rice. It would have been a great time to get some steps, but as I was approaching the maon road, it started drizzling, so I headed back home to ger my car. 😅

My Watch as a Motivator.

Or, it’s basically a tool. My main motivator is really my health. I know I have not been treating my body well for the longest time, so it’s really taken a toll. I promised my doctor that she’ll see improvements when we see each other again in May. And that’s actually what’s driving me. But I have to say, the watch giving me insights about how I’m doing gives me a push.

Final Stretch

Come night time, before I started working, the fam decided to get a few more steps when we got out and walked around the neighborhood. My 5k steps count on the actifit app is unexpected since I was tracking my activity with my watch. It’s a plus that upon checking it this morning, I got a report to share. Yey!

Sustaining the Energy.

So the big question now is how far into the week will I be able to sustain. Hopefully, I will get more sleep or somehow get a regularity in my sleeping pattern.

I guess we’ll see! 🥴

In the meanwhile, here’s to wishing you a great week and that you always have the energy and the time for yourself to focus on getting moving for a better you!

❤️ Arlyn
