OMG! What an amazing day yesterday!! We played at two events, a third one, a party, was luckily cancelled, two quite enough anyhow.

Hidden Hitchin is an event to promote the businesses around the town; the live music is organised by PRZ Live who organise Todd In The Hole where we are playing on the Busker’s Stage this year. They invited us to join them at the Market Square. I didn’t take any pictures, but our friends from Jane Evans Photography took loads as usual and I am looking forward to seeing them as they are always amazing!

At the Square is a little breakfast type place “Ziba” who have live music on most Fridays. Looks like we’ll be playing there at some point as one of our musician friends asked us if would like to join… Of course we do! He’s a pianist and will join us on his keys! Can’t wait!

Later on we went to see our lovely friend Mikky P who played at the Brewery Tap in Shefford, remember the open mics I post about? Anyway, Lou, the landlady came up and suggested that she will book us too, I should hear from her this week regarding the date! Incredible!

We only stayed for an hour to watch Mick and went straight to Willian for a pub gig in the evening.
Today we’re playing two sets at a pub in Baldock… YAY! 🤘 Gotta go and get ready!

Meine Güte! Was für ein toller Tag gestern!! Wir haben bei zwei Veranstaltungen gespielt, eine dritte, eine Party, wurde zum Glück abgesagt, zwei sowieso genug.

Hidden Hitchin ist eine Veranstaltung zur Förderung der Geschäfte in der Stadt; die Livemusik wird von PRZ Live organisiert, die Todd In The Hole organisieren, wo wir dieses Jahr spielen. Sie haben uns eingeladen, mit ihnen auf den Marktplatz zu kommen. Ich habe nicht fotographiert, aber unsere Freunde von Jane Evans Photography haben wie üblich jede Menge Bilder gemacht, und ich freue mich darauf, sie zu sehen, denn sie sind immer großartig!

Am Platz gibt es ein kleines Frühstückslokal namens „Ziba“, wo es an den meisten Freitagen Livemusik gibt. Sieht so aus, als würden wir dort irgendwann spielen, da uns einer unserer Musikerfreunde gefragt hat, ob wir mitmachen möchten. Natürlich wollen wir! Er ist Pianist und wird uns an seinen Tasten begleiten! Freue mich total darauf!

Am späten Nachmittag sind wir zu unserem guten Freund Mikky P gegangen, der im Brewery Tap in Shefford gespielt hat. Erinnert ihr euch an die Open Mics, über die ich schreibe? Jedenfalls kam Lou, die Wirtin, und sagte, dass sie uns auch buchen würde. Ich sollte diese Woche von ihr bezüglich des Termins hören! Waaahnsinn!

Wir blieben nur eine Stunde, um Mick zuzuschauen, und fuhren direkt nach Willian für einen Pub-Auftritt.

Heute spielen wir zwei Sets in einem Pub in Baldock… JUHU! 🤘 Muss los und mich fertig machen!

Habt alle einen schönen Sonntag, ich werde ihn auf jeden Fall haben! 😄
