Running 10km

Yesterday it was time for running again. Body felt quite good before and had some hope I could do good pace.

Ran my local track of 2.4km. Took 4 laps around it, had plans for 5 but my legs started to feel sore so ended it earlier.
Pace around 5min/km and a little over 10km. Overall a good session
