Actifit Report for March 22, 2025 – A Balanced Day of Movement and Mindfulness
Hey Actifitters!
Yesterday was one of those days where balance was the keyword. I didn’t go for any intense challenges, but I made sure to keep my body moving and my mind focused.
Morning Routine
Started my day with my usual 40-minute morning ritual:
10 mins of light bodyweight exercises (jumping jacks, squats, pushups)
20 mins of low to moderate running around the park
10 mins of deep stretching and breathing exercises
Felt great to break a sweat early and get some sunshine!
Daily Activity
Throughout the day, I made an effort to stay active:
Took the stairs instead of the elevator
Did some light cleaning around the house
Walked to the grocery store instead of driving
Nutrition & Recovery
Post-workout, I had my protein shake with creatine, soy milk, and berries. Also took my multivitamin and omega-3. I’m really trying to stay consistent with recovery and nutrition for muscle gains.
Step Count:
21031 steps – Not my highest, but definitely quality movement.
Mood:
Energetic and calm. I’m seeing how much my morning routine sets the tone for the whole day. Progress, not perfection!
Gratitude Moment:
Grateful for my legs that carry me, lungs that breathe for me, and this community that motivates me.
