hello actifit how are you today? Nice to greet you, today I wrote some tips that you can use at the GYM.
Everyone has different reasons for joining a gym. For those who have never exercised in a gym before, you may feel anxious about using the existing equipment. This is normal, but it should not dampen your enthusiasm for exercise discipline.
If you are still a beginner, try to focus on technique but don’t rush. Rest for 60-90 seconds between each set, but continue to do light movements like easy walking to keep your muscles warm and your heart rate up. Ideally, do the exercises in the order listed.
There are several gym tips for beginners that can be done to help get maximum results from training, namely:
●Set Goals Clearly
The first step that needs to be taken as gym tips for beginners is to take the time to set clear goals.
How will you incorporate working out at the gym into your lifestyle? Once you know the answer, just do everything you can.
● Try starting with 30 minutes 3 times a week
If you’re just starting to go to the gym, don’t push yourself too hard. Try starting with three days a week, for just 30 minutes. Make sure that you train yourself safely and effectively. Then, after the fourth week, try adding another 30 minutes each week.
● Warm up properly
When it comes to warming up the body at the start of a workout, movement-based (also known as dynamic) stretching is best. This means anything that involves not standing still or lowering the heart rate, for example lunges, walk outs, simple yoga movements or cardiovascular work such as walking, cross trainer or stair master.
● Don’t forget to cool down
Cooling down after a workout session is just as important as warming up. So, don’t miss it, okay? This is a great opportunity to try and unwind and loosen up some of the stiff areas that have been struggling to loosen up.
