My Actifit Report Card: September 13 2023

Hello actifit lovers, how are you today? I’m sure you must have exercised. Tag me if you have been moved to exercise because you read my post. Today we train the back muscles, this time accompanied by my friend who has been guiding me for the past 5 months @johancw .

Back muscle training is very good for shaping posture, you will see a triangle shape in the upper body, very cool if you have very strong back muscles. A workout routine must become a habit for a healthy life. When you see models or artists who have bodies with perfect muscles, you may feel jealous. Because they feel motivated by this, many people start doing exercises to build body muscle. From those who are just practicing for fun to those who actually train regularly at the gym, everyone definitely wants to achieve the same ultimate goal, namely a perfect body shape. To achieve this, the training process must also be accompanied by commitment because many of the training movements are quite difficult. The back muscles or wing muscles are one of the most difficult parts of the body to train. Even training to build back muscles takes a lot of energy when training, you also can’t see your back when exercising and it’s very difficult to focus when training your back muscles.

the movement we do today is 3. REVERSE-GRIP PULLDOWN
Implementation stage:

  • Hold the pull down handle with your hands together and both hands facing inward
  • Lean your chest forward
  • Pull the pull down handle with full force and raise it slowly

If you just want to practice at home, you can try the push up model. You need to keep your whole body balanced in position. Control the load up and down movement. Do a pushup, maintaining spinal alignment, and repeat the movement with the opposite arm.

good luck ! I can do it, you can definitely do it!
