This leg day we use machines to train the leg muscles, I will explain the technique with several pictures.
first of all we train the leg muscles with the squat technique.
Squatting is done by starting in a standing position, then moving into a squatting position with alternating legs.
The muscles that are trained with the help of this exercise are the muscles around your thighs.
The following is an example of doing
1.1 legs form a 90 degree angle, legs form a 90 degree angle do 8x-12x each set
1.2 increase the weight for each set increment
the second technique is the Leg press is a popular exercise equipment that can help build the important muscles in the legs. There are two leg press machines commonly found in gyms the standard horizontal leg press and the 45 degree leg press, with a seat that you can recline while your feet press up in a diagonal direction.
Leg presses are used as part of leg strengthening routines or machine circuit exercises. you can see an example below.

2.2 pressure on the load will produce strong leg muscles
